You can now communicate with people surfing the Club IMG website using this website which is a communication panel which is currently under construction. Currently online is the "hearme.com" button which allows any person surfing the site to talk with everyone who is on the same webpage as he is. Soon to come is the odigo.com and the thirdvoice.com downloads which allows a user to post their comments on a site are using the same software. Also, Club IMG is going to put up an irqq net line once that is downloaded there will be an additional chatroom that you can access via irc.com aside from the one at the homepage. Also I will post a site where surfers can post their public email if they wish to coordinate with anyone for study groups etc. This site will be a way for all international medical graduates to coordinate their efforts in reaching their common goals. This site has hearme.com software which enables surfer to talk to one another on the site using the button provided below, as such this communication page can also serve as a site where all IMG from all over the world can actually talk to each other and share their ideas and experiences. You may also download the hearme.com software if you want to have it permanently on your desktop. |

Just push on the "TALK" button at the lower left hand corner and you can speak with whoever is surfing on this webpage at the same time! Club IMG now has a second way of communicating with all of the members and would be members as this is a particulary helpful software for those who would want to set up an internet study group or just to exchange ideas in real time. |

The whole of Club IMG!!! uses the yahoo messenger as a way to communicate with each other online in real time whether it be in using the text based chat or the provided "voice chat". |
Yahoo messenger enables the user to send instant messages, see which member is online and initiate a chat that is text based or voice chat based, or start a "conference" (two or more people using voice chat). the interface is simple and intuitive and as such this is the primary method of communication (aside from email) of the club associates and faculty. You can download it for free at the link to yahoo provided above. |

ICQ.COM ALTERNATIVE |
You may also choose to download icq.com which is currently the most popular instant messaging client on the internet today. This IM has more features than yahoo messenger but is also more complicated. |
Currently we are thinking of building an ICQ Page which is a sort of online community of ICQ users but for now, we are using the yahoo messenger basically because it is faster and easier to learn than icq. But ICQ definitely has more useful functions once you master it. Like file transfer, email, (you can even use it to check your own email, or send an email via icq, or send voice mail!) Also there is also a program which allows you to use "voice chat" on icq, but this downloadable version currently does not come with this that program. In anyway, give priority to yahoo messenger and download icq if you wish if you find it more useful but officially, the club uses yahoo messenger since it is integrated with the yahoo.com clubsite. |
