ECFMG., the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates which serves as the "dean's office" of an IMG when applying for a slot in the USA. Another is the USMLE site which contains the test requirements and schedules including fees and updates about the CSA etc. The NRMP or National Residency Matching Program is the site where you register in order for an IMG to participate in the residency matching program..Nowadays ERAS or the Electronic Residency application services is often used by most specialties and is a way of electronically submitting your application online for a fee.
These sites are the "MUST VISIT" ones for every IMG and it helps that you start here. But of course the more informed you are the better.
